ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests Processes customer orders, changes, returns, and shipping details according to established department policies and procedures Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customers service expectations Answer phones in a timely and courteous manner Accurately enter and update orders in a timely manner Obtain quotes over the phone, email, or via fax Respond to customer product questions Other duties as assigned What you'll need to be successful Read English at 12th grade level High school math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions Problem solving/ analysis Time management Communication proficiency Teamwork orientation JOB
Qualifications:
EDUCATION / TRAINING:
High school graduate; use Windows computer with Microsoft Office
Experience:
Customer service and/or order entry experience; Glass product experience preferred but not required Special Considerations:
WORK HOURS:
Monday-Friday 8:
30am-5 pm; additional hours may be required; there is no travel required for this position What we provide Competitive pay - Paid Weekly!
